Big Horn The Big Horn care center is one of three Mercy Medical Group locations serving families in the Elk Grove/South Sacramento area. Located just off Highway 99 and Laguna Blvd., on Big Horn Blvd., this care center is home to three Family Practice doctors, plus a number of specialists in areas including Audiology, Ear Nose & Throat (ENT), General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Occupational Health, Optometry, Podiatry and Sports Medicine. Patients at the Big Horn care center also have access to on-site lab and diagnostic imaging services. |

Cameron Park The Cameron Park care center is one of two Mercy Medical Group locations serving families in El Dorado County. Located just off US 50 and Cameron Park Drive, this care center provides Pediatric and Internal Medicine care. Patients at the Cameron Park location also have access to a convenient on-site lab.

El Dorado Hills The El Dorado Hills care center is the second of two Mercy Medical Group locations serving families in El Dorado County. Located just off US 50 and Latrobe Road, this care center also provides Pediatric and Internal Medicine care. Patients at the El Dorado Hills location also have access to a convenient on-site lab. This site also has specialty care available with General Surgeon Christian Swanson, MD. Starting in September 2010, we will offer OB/GYN services with Lisa Chodak, MD.

Mercy Medical Group's Behavioral Health Center is centrally located with easy freeway access, and offers Counseling and Psychiatry services. Our Behavioral Health Department also offers mental health services at three other locations in the Sacramento area. Highly qualified Psychiatrists (MDs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs) are available for appointments. Laguna Our Laguna care center is located in the heart of Elk Grove, bringing top quality, convenient care to families of this growing community. This location offers patients access to four primary care doctors in Family Practice, Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. Same day and advance appointments are available, with Family Practice and Pediatrics offering extended hours from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. On-site lab services also available. |

This Mercy Medical Group care center is in the Mercy Medical Plaza building on the campus of Mercy General Hospital. Several of our OB/GYN physicians practice part time at this location to be close to the hospital for baby deliveries. |

Midtown
Midtown is our modern new care center (with easy access from major freeways) and is a full-service, six-story building complete with lab and state-of-the-art Diagnostic Imaging Center. This location provides patients access to 17 Primary Care Physicians (Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics) and more than 70 Specialists in 26 medical and surgical specialties.
Other services include: Occupational Health for area businesses and an after-hours walk-in clinic for night, weekend and holiday care. Midtown also offers patient care management services, including a Coumadin Clinic and Diabetes Care Team, and is close to our affiliate, nationally-recognized Mercy General Hospital. |
