Children's Centers
CHW Medical Foundation Children's Centers, in collaboration with Sacramento County, provide a variety of counseling services to children, adolescents and their families. There are two CHW Children's Centers located in the greater Sacramento area. Staff at each Center includes a child/adolescent psychiatrist, mental health counselors and a family advocate. The staff provide services in a variety of settings, including clinic, school and residential care homes. Medi-Cal eligible clients are referred through the Sacramento County Children's ACCESS team.
